What do you think would happen to your life if you let go of, relinquished and surrender your grip of CONTROL and submitted it to the trust of the Holy Spirit? If in all area, you depended exclusively on every word that came out of his mouth to you? Not just in some things but in ALL things? What would happen to your life if you lose it to gain him?
“And Jesus called [to Him] the throng with His disciples and said to them, If anyone intends to come after Me, let him deny himself [forget, ignore, disown, and lose sight of himself and his own interests] and take up his cross, and [joining Me as a disciple and siding with My party] follow with Me [continually, cleaving steadfastly to Me]. For whoever wants to save his [higher, spiritual, eternal] life, will lose it [the lower, natural, temporal life which is lived only on earth]; and whoever gives up his life [which is lived only on earth] for My sake and the Gospel’s will save it [his higher, spiritual life in the eternal kingdom of God]. For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his life [in the eternal kingdom of God]? (Mark 8:34-36 reference)
Laughing to myself because I realize that’s probably why still to this day I haven’t learned how to fully swim (or even FLOAT) lol…. I panic when I feel like I don’t have 100% control, smh! Stars, may we realize that our spirit, soul, body are all the sanctuary (safe place) for the Holy Spirit to dwell…. we are not our own! Enjoy a great day! I love you,
