We already know the difference between right and wrong and most understand the importance of depending on the Holy Spirit to distinguish between “seems right” and “right”. But what we KNOW is only demonstrated by what we actually decide to DO: exercising our power to rightly say YES or NO. Temptations and enticing options will always come but when we really grow and mature within, we’ll be true DOERS of His Word and not HEARERS only.
“[Not in your own strength] for it is God Who is all the while effectually at work in you [energizing and creating in you the power and desire], both to will and to work for His good pleasure and satisfaction and delight. Do all things without grumbling and faultfinding and complaining [against God] and questioning and doubting [among yourselves], That you may show yourselves to be blameless and guileless, innocent and uncontaminated, children of God without blemish (faultless, unrebukable) in the midst of a crooked and wicked generation [spiritually perverted and perverse], among whom you are seen as bright lights (stars or beacons shining out clearly) in the [dark] world,” (Philippians 2:13-15 reference)
May we be DOERs of the Word we know beyond what we speak to others so that we can personally experience the same massive production the Father promised. Though Daddy’s love is unconditional, His promises aren’t! Regardless who doesn’t like or believe that, we must honor the conditions and rules of engagement God established in His word regarding His promises. They aren’t automatic and He’s not going to forsake His WORD (Himself) to accommodate to our willful ignorance, lack of maturity and growth…. B The BEST on/in Purpose! I love you stars,
