POTENTIAL is defined as what is possible or capable of being and becoming. It’s described as a latent (dormant) excellence or ability that may or may not be developed yet. Most times when people are not living at their potential they are usually saving it up in the precious vessel of themselves for the perceived “right time, conditions or favorable circumstances.” They know in the very depth of their being that they are more powerful beyond measure, destined for greatness and are meant to live the life they’ve always dreamed of. Yet, when it comes to producing the actions that would merit those results they tend to hold back, store up or even hoard their energy, passion, love, effort and excellence for a time to come.
“Now when Jesus came back to Bethany and was in the house of Simon the leper, A woman came up to Him with an alabaster flask of very precious perfume, and she poured it on His head as He reclined at table. And when the disciples saw it, they were indignant, saying, For what purpose is all this waste? For this perfume might have been sold for a large sum and the money given to the poor. But Jesus, fully aware of this, said to them, Why do you bother the woman? She has done a noble (praiseworthy and beautiful) thing to Me.” (Matthew 26:6-10)
If this sounds anything like you, may God’s light brightly shine Truth to you that there is NO greater time than RIGHT NOW! Put aside all lackluster, procrastinating and self defeating/sabotaging ways once and for all so that you can firmly take hold of your identity that God created you to be. Operate in full expression of your I AMness. Despise the shameful words of other and fearful thoughts that may come knowing and trusting that God protects you as your covering. His Holy Spirit will instruct you in what seeds to sow through your life. Your BEST by Grace is the non-negotiable requirement. Pour it ALL out in the purpose God gives you. With Him it’s NEVER a waste! Excellence is who you are…. so just B!
